The Feel Better Deck is designed as a reflective self-development tool. It is not a medical product, therapy product, or replacement for professional mental health, medical, or therapeutic support.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email, and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including where there has been an error in pricing, stock availability, product information, payment processing, or suspected misuse of the website.
If we need to cancel or amend your order, we will contact you using the email address or contact details provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Section 4 - Pre-Orders
The Feel Better Deck is currently available for pre-order.
Orders will be dispatched from 1 June 2026, once the first batch has arrived and quality checks have been completed.
When you place a pre-order, payment is taken at checkout to reserve your deck.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your pre-order is placed.
If there are any significant delays to dispatch, we will contact you by email.
Section 5 - Prices and Billing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price shown at the time you place your order.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all orders placed through our website.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery
UK shipping is free. US shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders for The Feel Better Deck will be dispatched from 1 June 2026.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather, strikes, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control.
However, we will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delay.

Section 7 - Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
For UK online purchases, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel or return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
For US orders, returns are accepted on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact James at james@besovereign.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
